Before washing, read the washing instructions on the washing label in the jacket. To keep the ECx clothing as beautiful as possible, we recommend treating it as a 'delicate wash'. Max. 30 degrees'. For shipments within the Netherlands, no shipping costs are charged for orders over € 100. For orders under € 100, shipping costs are charged. For shipments to other countries outside the Netherlands, the contribution to the costs of shipping and insurance depends on the country. The costs for return shipping are for the buyer.
ECx strives to ship all online orders within 3 business days after receipt of payment. This is done to the delivery address specified in the order. If the delivery time deviates for certain reasons, this will be reported.
ECx will do everything to carefully inform the buyer about the articles. Should the buyer want to return an article, the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the order. During this period, the buyer will handle the product and packaging with care. If the buyer exercises the right to return, he will return the product with all accessories supplied undamaged and if reasonably possible in the original packaging to ECx, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by ECx. ECx will only accept returns for which the instructions have been followed. Exchanges and returns that are not received within the specified time will not be accepted. ECx reserves the right not to accept damaged products for return. The shipping costs for returning are for the buyer. If these shipping costs are not paid in advance by the buyer, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
